Restaurant Manager
If you enjoy a professional restaurant environment, have experience in restaurant management, or a private club environment then this is the job for you! As management member of our team, you will be required to perform opening and closing Food and Beverage duties and supervise a large staff, assist in the training of new Food and Beverage employees. This position requires extensive contact with our many guests and club members. This position reports directly to the Assitant General Manager, and may share responsibilities for service training, ordering, wine list updates and monthly inventories. We are seeking an energetic professional with restaurant experience who wants to grow with us.
Responsibilities: -Initiate contact with members and guests/be courteous with a variety of people -Assure compliance with all VT. Health Dept. codes and Beverage Control codes -Adeptly adjust to needs and requests of members and guests -Plan ahead -Organize and motivate various types of people -Communicate clearly and professionally -Possess the ability to multi task -Experience with POS systems -Stand and walk for long periods of time -Lift up to 40 pounds _AA degree in related field and one year supervisory experience-Current Vermont State Liquor Certification
