After School Activities Program (ASAP)

1This fall The Quechee Club will be offering an after school program for residents of the Quechee Area. The program will run from August 27, 2008 through approximately June 16, 2009 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. For more information please download our information sheet below. Recreation Center

1Air hockey, pool table, arts and crafts, puzzles, and a large screen TV… You name it and we probably have it. Located on the second floor of The Activities Center, it is the place for people of all ages.

Reminder to all parents:
The Recreation Center DOES NOT have an attendant on duty. It is play at your own risk!! Please play responsibly.

CANOE & KAYAK TRIPS

2The most popular program in Quechee is back for another fun-filled season. Join the Recreation Department as we bring our canoes to some of the most pristine bodies of water in Vermont and New Hampshire. All trips are led by experienced guides to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

WHEN: Trips are held on Tuesdays during the summer. Each excursion will depart from the Base Lodge Parking lot at 9:00am sharp (unless otherwise stated).

Summer Kids' Camp Information

3MINI CREW - Ages 3-5

Mini Crew is a special place for children to learn, grow and fulfill their spirit of adventure. This program provides a safe and stimulating environment encouraging children 3-5 years to explore their creativity, imagination and new friendships. Daily activities include active and quiet games, arts and crafts, story time, and some other cool surprises.

Mini Crew has extended its hours. Camp will be ½ hour longer. Camp is from 9:00-11:30am or selected afternoon sessions that run from 12:30-3:00pm.

Child must be toilet trained before coming to camp.

Q-CREW - Ages 6-12

Making new friends, learning new games, come and discover what it's all about. Q-Crew is different everyday from arts & crafts, swimming, games, to special off-property trips are all part of the excitement each day. You will make friends that will last a lifetime as well as having tremendous amount of fun throughout the summer!

SATURDAY KIDS' NIGHT OUT (KNO) Ages 6-12

4What do kids between the ages of 6-12 years old do on Saturday nights? They go to KNO at The Quechee Club! This special event is a Quechee favorite. KNO (Kids' Night Out) is a "kids only" event that covers all of the bases. This all-inclusive evening includes dinner, games, activities and an 8:1 kids to counselors ratio. KNO starts at 6:00pm on select Saturday nights throughout the summer season. Upon registering your child, they will be served a dinner that may include: chicken nuggets, macaroni and cheese, hamburgers and hotdogs or pizza as a main course. (It goes without saying that we will have a sumptuous dessert after our meal.) Following dinner kids will have the chance to partake in games and activities that coincide with the theme of the evening.

Teen Activities Program (TAP)

Teen Activities Program is available for teens 12 to 16 years of age.

Tired of sitting around with nothing to do? Have you been hanging out with your friends at the pool and it's getting boring? Have you been calling your friends after dinner and trying to figure out what to do? Then this program is your best answer to escape from these problems. We have trips planned once a week as well as Monday & Friday nights.
