This popular station is a huge hit among our members & guests of The Quechee Club. This station includes two and a half hours of personalized Martini expertise by one of our professional mixologists. From Cosmopolitans to Chocolate Martinis, your guests will absolutely love this feature of your event. The cost is $850.00 inclusive of tax and service and includes up to 30 bronze leveled full-sized martinis, bartending fee, & Ice Sculpture. Without Ice Sculpture, the above package $350.00 inclusive of tax and service and includes 30 Martinis

The Quechee Club reserves the right to terminate the Martini Bar due to the State Liquors regulations. We advise no more than two full sized Martinis for our guest.
 

WINE SERVICE

We offer a large selection of varietals for you to choose from to accompany your meal. Whether you would like wines passed during your cocktail hour or a choice of Red or White during dinner, your function coordinator will gladly recommend a selection for you. If there is something that you would like that we do not have
on our list, please let us know and we will do what we can to provide it for your affair.

Function Guidelines

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Event Menus, Room Arrangements and other details pertinent to your function should be submitted to the sales office at least two weeks prior to the function date. We will be happy to plan a menu especially for you, or help you select the proper menu items and special arrangements that make for successful entertaining. Specialty and theme menus may be designed to meet your particular needs. Entrée selections on all event menus are limited to two selections unless strict dietary restrictions apply.

Please advise your event coordinator of any allergies including, but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, milk/dairy products, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy or wheat. Consuming raw or undercooked items on our menus, which may include meats, poultry, seafood or eggs, may increase you and your guests’ risk of foodborne illness.

With the exception of specialty cakes, food and beverage may not be brought onto the property or leave the premises at any time during your event.
 

GUARANTEES

We ask that you provide us with a guaranteed minimum attendance number seven (7) business days prior to your event. If a final guarantee is not received, we will prepare the number indicated on the original contract. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after this 7-deadline, any increase over the guarantee count will be charged accordingly.
 

SPECIAL CATERING SERVICES

The client’s own decorations or displays must be approved prior to installation in accordance with our local fire code. Banners or display items may not be affixed to any ceiling, wall or floor with nails, staples, tape or any other substance, unless first approved by our Catering & Sales office. The Quechee Club reserves the right to assess any cleaning or repair fees should any of these items be used on the property.
 

BEVERAGE SERVICE

We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your event. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales and service are regulated by the State Liquor Commission, and that The Quechee Club, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations. As a matter of policy, no beverage (alcoholic or otherwise) or food of any kind may be brought into The Quechee Club from outside sources, and all dispensing of beverages must be done by employees of The Quechee Club. A $50.00 bartender fee will be charged if the bar sales do not exceed $350.00. All wine selections must be ordered 14 days prior to your event. As a matter of policy, The Quechee Club does not serve shots, frozen beverages or multiple shot cocktails.

We reserve the right to refuse to any person who does not display proper identification or may appear to be intoxicated.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

We will be happy to arrange for all of the audio visual requirements of your event. Qualified engineers and lighting operators can be arranged through our Catering & Sales office.
 

ENTERTAINMENT

All entertainment must follow house sound policies, and The Quechee Club reserve the right to ask any performer/entertainer to make adjustments. Please have the contractor call our Catering & Sales office directly to ensure that rules and regulations are communicated and will be adhered to. A list of preferred vendors will be provided by the Catering & Sales office.
 

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

Parcels shipped for function set up may be delivered to The Quechee Club up to one week prior to the event with notification and approval of our Catering & Sales office. The following information should be included on parcels:
A. Group Name
B. Club Contact
C. Meeting Contact
D. “Hold for arrival date”

Any alternate arrangements must be approved by the Catering & Sales office. The Patron is responsible for return shipping on all parcels.
 

SECURITY

The Quechee Club cannot be held responsible for damage to any merchandise or personal articles brought onto the premises. Arrangements for security of exhibits, merchandise or personal articles may be made prior to the function by contacting the Catering & Sales Office. The Quechee Club will not be held responsible for unattended items in the event rooms or public spaces.
 

BILLING

A deposit and signed contract is required to secure your reservation upon function booking. The final balance is required upon departure, unless other arrangements have been made through the Catering & Sales office. (i.e.: Member Charge)
Wedding and Social Events-a $1000.00 deposit is required to secure the event space and date. Six months prior to your event, 50% of the actual balance will be due. (Estimates are based off of your contracted head count) Seven working days prior to your event, your final head count and final balance will be due on all food sales. Final food payment must be in the form of certified check. All other deposits can be made via cash, check or credit card. Beverage sales are to be paid upon departure by cash, check, credit card or member charge.
 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation will result in the forfeiture or transfer of your deposit. If a group finds it necessary to cancel within seven days prior to your event, any and all preparation expenses incurred by The Quechee Club become the responsibility of the patron.
 

PRICES

A non-negotiable 20% Gratuity and 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax will be added to all food, non-alcoholic beverage, and audio visual rental charges. A Vermont State Liquor tax of 10% will be added to all beer, wine and liquor charges.
 

SHUTTLE SERVICE

The Quechee Club owns two 14 passenger vans that are available, by prior arrangement, to transport your guests. Each van rental includes the cost of driver, gas, insurance and cleaning fees. Please contact your Catering & Sales office for pricing.

NOTE

The client has seven days to review and respond to the terms and conditions in the agreed upon contract. Please sign and return the contract to The Quechee Club in order to secure your reservation. Space will be released, without notice, if a signed contract is not returned with deposit by the due date.
