Quechee Lakes Landowners’ Association, Inc. (QLLA) was incorporated in February, 1970 with a mission established to “hold, manage, regulate and maintain” the common land, image and amenities of the association. The QLLA community is made up of individuals who own a home site (lot), completed home or condominium. Property ownership automatically grants membership usage at The Quechee Club. Renters or tenants, because they rent from a member, are allowed the privilege of using the amenities for a nominal fee while residing in our association. The result of our members hard work since established, is to have created a four-season recreational community. Those who choose to make QLLA their home enjoys a safe lifestyle unique to the central Vermont and Dartmouth area.  Known around the world for the Quechee Balloon Festival, QLLA also manages recreational facilities for children that enjoy Swim Team, Sports Camps, Tennis, Golf, Skating, Skiing and other supervised programs are offering to ensure that there is something for everyone in the organization. There is even a polo field and some great trout fishing!
The first clubhouse construction was completed in 1974 and has since been the central focus for many activities within QLLA. With breathtaking views of the Ottauquechee River and our pristine golf courses, the administrative offices, membership services, concierge services, Davidson's and Dewey’s Deck Restaurants, Main Dining Room and Blue Stone Patio can all be found in the Main Clubhouse. Located on the first floor is our newly renovated (2016) Aquatics and Fitness Complex that is complete with a Natatorium to include an indoor lap pool, outdoor swimming pool, squash court, and recently remodeled fitness area, massage room, sauna and newly renovated (2017) locker rooms. The west end of the Clubhouse is occupied by the Golf Pro Shop and commands sweeping views of our two acclaimed golf courses.

Quechee’s golf facilities include Highland and Lakeland golf courses, two putting greens and driving range. Developed by Geoffrey Cornish, a world-famous golf course architect, he started with a valley full of ample trees, spring fed ponds, pastures, rocky ledges and dramatic ravines - then sculpted thirty-six challenging holes of championship golf. Whether old pros or young duffers, the golfers who have played the courses rave about them. Both eighteen-hole courses, from the first tee to the thirty-sixth green are truly remarkable. In 2011, Hurricane Irene devastated the Upper Valley with catastrophic flooding, the worse that the state has endured since 1927. Twenty-Seven of the Clubs’ thirty-six holes were destroyed which brought the community together to rebuild both courses. In 2015, the club had a re-grand opening of the courses only to find them both in better condition than before Irene. We owe homage to our hard-working grounds crew and committees whose vision came to fruition.
