Caleb Lara will be officially joining the Quechee Club
staff this Wednesday, April 11th.
Caleb brings over a decade of experience to the culinary team, coming to us from The Essex Resort and Spa just south of Burlington, Vermont. He has also worked as Chef de Cuisine at the renowned Chatham Bars Inn in Chatham, Massachusetts, Executive Chef at Kemble Inn in Lenox, Massachusetts and Harbor View Hotel on Martha’s Vineyard. Chef Lara has also held positions at Steel & Rye in Milton, Massachusetts, The Ritz Carlton in Boston, The Ritz Carlton in Naples, FL and Harbor View Hotel.
Caleb is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, New York. He developed his love of the culinary arts while growing up in San Diego, California. Currently he resides in Lyndonville, Vermont and will be relocating to the Hartford area.
Chef Lara will oversee the Club’s culinary program and will bring a new vision and energy to the Club’s culinary team focusing the members' dining experience, creativity, consistency, sense of place, and seasonality to name a few. We are all excited to see how he will help enhance and improve the food and beverage program.
