>Tai Chi is referred to as the Grandfather of Martial Arts. This is a gentle form of
movement focusing on restoring your Chi energy. Maintain your health and balance both spiritually and physically. This is a great exercise for breath and organ health. Tai Chi can be done standing, with the aid of a chair or walker, or while sitting in a chair.

End your day with a relaxing routine that incorporates positions and movement
to cleanse your mind and spirit. Bring your own mat and meet at the beach!

This favorite returns this summer! Stretch your muscles, increase range of motion of your joints while strengthening your abdominal and back muscles which results in reducing back pain and improves posture and breathing.

Back for the summer - Get ready to run, jump and raise that heart rate!
We will use a variety of equipment and the whole pool.
Power Hour Thursdays, 9:30am to 10:30am - beginning June 28
It’s 60 minutes of muscle pumping, heart thumping exercises!
You’ll have a blast in this returning class while increasing strength and stamina.
Each class will incorporate multiple moves and modalities for a balanced body.
