All Members who present their Member Card or the digital card
on the mobile app will receive a 30% discount from the printed menu
price taken at the time of purchase.


By offering our Members a reduced price, we will be able to ensure you are
recognized as a Member by our staff, and you will see what you save
each time you dine at your Club.

The hours of operation in all food and beverage outlets have expanded over
previous years to provide more access to meet your minimum food purchases
for the year. The new days and hours of operation, level of menu offerings
and availability of adult libations are listed below.

Welcome, Nicole Sutherland-Maiden!

Nicole was born in Great Britain, spending her elementary years in the countryside of a small village, High Halstow. Later in her childhood, she and her family migrated to Canada, where she embraced every winter sport she could, from ice skating to Nordic and Alpine skiing. She also participated in competitive cycling at a national level during the summer months.
 
She earned her college degree in Kinesiology, and later a Masters in Sports Psychology. During her time in college she modeled which led her to open her own modelling agency which in turned got her hired by Ford Models as a national scout and event planner for Super Model of Canada. It was during this works she grew to love the hospitality and food industry. She eventually moved to the New York office and three years later left the fashion industry and bought the Kedron Valley Inn in Woodstock, VT, and later the Blue Horse Inn.
 
Following a short break from hospitality, she worked at the Woodstock Inn as part of the management team responsible for Richardson’s Tavern and the Red Rooster. Nicole shares that “taking reservations was a craft in itself, balancing the two restaurants required frequent trips to the kitchen during service to determine business levels in order to accurately quote wait times for our guests… it truly impacts the dining experience.
 
“During my tenure in the hospitality world, I have had the pleasure of coordinating many events, working closely with the culinary team and bar managers to present the best possible guest experience in the restaurant … I look forward to meeting the members here at The Quechee Club and creating memories for years to come.”

Quechee Trails Club Snowshoe Event

Ski Quechee Update!



We have finally received some natural snow to help out the ski operations!  We picked up 8-10 inches throughout this past week and with a return to colder weather this weekend, the man-made snow will also start piling up.  For Friday, we will not be opening any of the inner trails as we want to make snow on Thursday and Friday night to take advantage of some great snowmaking weather in the forecast.  We will open Dewey’s Drop and the Plateau on Saturday and be working to expand the open terrain further for next weekend.  Meanwhile, all of the powder fields on both sides of the mountain will be open and available for enjoyment!
 
We are hopeful that our T-bar will be up and running by at latest Saturday and hopefully Friday afternoon.  We had to have the main drive belt that runs the lift custom manufactured since there were no replacement belts available in the country or Europe for that matter!  Once we determine if the custom belt will work, we will have a couple of back-up belts produced to reduce future downtime in the event of another belt failure.  Ah…. the challenges of working with older equipment, never end!
 
The Quechee race team will be hosting a race on Saturday on the Face and the skiing should be great this weekend as long as you dress warmly.  The sun will be shining and there is plenty of new snow to play with, what could be better? 
 
The new snow also has jump started our Cross Country skiing operations with double tracks set on the golf courses, along with a skate lane and single tracks in the Section 5 Wilderness area.  Our sledding hill has been groomed and the skating rink cleared and re-surfaced for the weekend. 

It is shaping up to be an outstanding winter weekend here it Quechee!

Aaron Gerber-Sous Chef

Aaron has been with us since December of 2015. Although Aaron is able to perform any of the kitchen tasks as needed, his main focus and passion is Davidsons. Born and raised in the Upper Valley, Aaron spent time in Spain and Los Angeles, learning and crafting his love for cuisine with his mentor and restaurateur Suzanne Goin. In his spare time, he loves to play the guitar and keyboard and also is an avid sports fan.  
Robert Kagan-Banquet Chef

Robert has been with us since September of 2017 with his main focus on banquets and special events. Born and raised in Abbington, PA, he lived in Cooperstown, NY where he met the love of his life Adiya.  Robert and Adiya moved to the Upper Valley two years ago and are very busy these days with their newborn daughter Josephine. When Robert isn’t busy cooking or taking care of his family, he enjoys brewing beer, fishing and hunting too
David “Duke” Dukeshire-Purchaser, Rounds Chef

David “Duke” Dukeshire has been with the club collectively for nine years. His main responsibility is purchasing and receiving, however, he is able to and has filled any position as needed in the kitchen. Duke has been cooking for 16 years and is a Culinary Institute of American Graduate.   What inspires Duke most is making people happy through cooking. “Cooking is a direct representation of oneself”. He has fun!  

In his spare time, Duke enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking and spending time with his wife Megan and three kids – Bryce, Kadyn and Laindyn. The Dukeshires have 2 dogs and a Flemish giant rabbit.
 
Charles Barnes-Rounds Chef

Charles has been with the Club since May 2018 and brings over 20 years of experience. In the absence of an executive Chef, he has stepped up to the plate in a leadership capacity. He is well rounded and brings a level of camaraderie and respect to the kitchen operation. Charles has two young adults at home, 15 and 17 years old, has two dogs-Diesel and Zoe and enjoys racing cards, riding motorcycles, snowmobiles and “playing with his mud trucks”.
Trenton Henault-Lead Line Cook 12/13/17

Trenton has been with the Club since December 2017 and has been cooking for approximately six years. Spending time with his grandmother cooking Italian meals gave him the inspiration to become a cook. When asked where he sees himself in five years, Trenton responded “Cooking in New York City, or Japan”. His favorite cuisine to prepare is Asian Influence. In his spare time he enjoys hiking and snowboarding, and spending time with his four birds, three hedgehogs, Dog-Lola, his snake and his lizard.
Brooke Benton-Cold Line Cook-7/23/17

Brooke has been with the Club since July of 2017 and started cooking when she came to the Club. Prior to her position here at the Club she worked for a Nursing home serving the residents. She loves her position as salad maker and finds cooking to be relaxing. She said that she enjoys the Club’s learning environment. When asked what she enjoys cooking the most, Brooke responded that she enjoys “cooking potatoes”. “There are so many different potatoes with so many different textures!”. In Brooke’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her three dogs-Larka, Harley and Max, her rabbit and her snake, Kevin.
Ray Streeter-Sautee/Grill Cook 9/14/18

Ray started with the Club most recently, in September of 2018 and has been cooking for five years. His inspiration to be a cook came from his single mom who was a server, he would help her out a lot and quickly became “addicted to the chaos”. In Ray’s spare time he enjoys cooking for his family, playing video games, hiking and spending time with his dog, Sibowitz. His favorite cuisine to work with is Seafood.

Welcome Michael O'Keefe!

Quechee Members,
 
I am Michael O’Keefe, the new Director of Racquet Sports here at Quechee. I am honored to be following the incomparable Chuck Kinyon into this post and look forward to many years of serving you as well as he did.
 
I recently left Park City, Utah as the Director of Tennis for the City’s multiple award winning Recreation Department after a 7+ year tenure that saw massive growth in our Tennis and Pickleball programs. During my time in Park City, my staff and I worked very hard to bring tennis back in a town known more for its sliding sports and the Sundance Film Festival. I hosted one of the only weekly tennis clinics in Nation for wheelchair tennis players. And through our coaching and programs, we also helped the High School Tennis teams back to prominence in the State, with the Girls teams winning 4 State Titles and the boys finishing in the Top 3 four times, after several years of not making the State Tournament. Also during this time, the USTA recognized the Park City MARC as the best tennis facility in the Nation in 2016.  During the little down time I had, I also worked for Vail as a Ski Instructor at the Canyons Village of the Park City Resort.  I have been a ski instructor since my days at Ithaca and I am looking forward to “skiing down to play Platform” from our home just above the quad lift several times this season!
 
Brought up on Nantucket Island, MA and educated in the White Mountains of New Hampshire at the Holderness School, I am excited for this return “home.”  I attended Ithaca College (BA History & Political Science) in New York where I played both football and tennis.  After I finished my collegiate playing career, I was hired by Dennis Van der Meer and the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) in Hilton Head Island, SC to work in multiple facets of tennis. For the Van der Meer Tennis University, I was a Head Professional and Junior Player Coordinator, responsible for conducting clinics for visiting adults and training, coaching and evaluating top ranked juniors in the World Class Training Academy.  I had the opportunity to work with many ITF and WTA ranked girls and women, as well as building new up and coming players.  For the PTR, I became a National Clinician and Tester, teaching and certifying Tennis Professional Candidates from around the country, as well as writing new curriculum and techniques for teaching for PTR.  I have been very fortunate to have spent time in several great clubs and locations, teaching tennis, platform tennis and pickleball.  California, New York and back in Hilton Head at a large resort club teaching players of all levels and abilities, building great relationships and friendships along the way.
 
My wife Helaine and I have been married for 17 wonderful years and for those of you who bank at People’s First, you will see her in her post as Branch Manager, as well as on the ski slopes!  Our tennis playing daughter Phelan has been a well ranked player in Utah state and the Intermountain section for the past several years and is looking forward to spending some time on the clay courts at Quechee, as she enters her freshman year at Hartford High.  You will find the three of us on the slopes and trails, as we enjoy many of the amenities that Quechee has to offer in this lovely part of the world!
 
I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you enjoy this magnificent campus and all it has to offer to the Members and guests of Quechee. Thank you all again for the great opportunity to help and serve you and I look forward to what lies ahead for The Quechee Club's racquet sports.

Membership Director – Gina Beaty
Gina cheerfully leads the Membership Services staff and manages the Quechee Club’s Marketing initiatives.  The Membership Director acts as the Club Ambassador to welcome prospective members to the Club, coordinates property rentals for guests and assists renters with access to the Club’s amenities during their stay.  Gina also oversees the Associate Membership Program with the goal of attracting qualified new members to the Club.  To contact, please email gina.beaty@quecheeclub.com

Concierge Services – Chase Daniels
A familiar face to Quechee Golf Members, Chase will be the Club’s Concierge for the 2018.19 Winter season until his Spring 2019 return to the Pro shop as a Golf Shop Assistant.  The Concierge provides personalized tours to prospective new members, is available to answer any questions regarding the Club, upcoming events or area happenings.  Chase has a comprehensive list of services available in the Quechee area such as housekeeping, snowplowing and dry cleaning to mention a few, and a fabulous list of local area restaurants and microbreweries.  To contact, please email chase.daniels@quecheeclub.com
 
Communications and Marketing – Kelsey Thayer

Website Administration – Chris Trottier

While most vacation at Margaritaland, an exclusive tropical resort, to get away from their troubles, for one unfortunate soul, it will mean the end of their travels all together. 

Has the lottery winner's luck run out? Will it be the bartender who has served his last drink? Is the honeymoon over for the two lovebirds before it nearly began? Or will the stars collide for one Hollywood star?

At the resort, the guilty will mingle among the guests and everyone will be left with the task of deciphering between the facts and falsehoods that plague this paradise in order to make a killer pay for their crime.
