Getting in shape is tough, especially if you’re trying to do it by yourself, but we can help! Our Personal Training program is designed on an individual basis to create unique workouts to help you achieve your specific goals.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 6:30am to 8pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - 7:30am to 8pm
Sunday - 7:30am to 7pm

Personal Training Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must occur at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations not received 24 hours in advance will be billed the full price of the training. Please plan accordingly.
