The Quechee Club, Vermont’s Premier Four-Season Recreational Club is
recruiting for a Part-time Membership Services Representative. If you are
a people person working in the retail or the restaurant business and you are
looking for a career change that provides opportunity, then put your
personality and ambition to work with us. Responsibilities: Assists
members/guests in all front office-related areas, ability to be proactive to
understand the needs of members and guests, ability to access and input
information into POS system, be highly organized and focus on fine details.
Experience handling cash, reservations systems, telephone/switchboard
operations, MS Office Suite and Adobe preferred.
Schedule: Fri-Sat-Sun 10 AM-6PM through September 30. Will also fill in
Junior System Admin.
The Quechee Club is seeking a technically talented individual with outstanding
troubleshooting skills to join our team. The position fills an extremely
important role at The Club ensuring all aspects of the technology platform
necessary to the operations of the Club runs efficiently and smoothly. You'll
have the opportunity to "wear more hats" technically than most IT jobs. A
successful candidate possesses strong analytic, problem-solving and
communication skills. 2-4 years' experience Microsoft products and
technology, managing technology platforms and Windows-based work-
stations and operating systems. Knowledge of Point-of-Sales systems
preferred. College degree in Computer Sciences and/or Information
Technology. This is a Part-Time position. Successful candidate is
eligible for promotion to full-time.
Fitness Class Instructor
Seeking a Fitness Class Instructor to work a couple days per week and be available
to fill in during vacations. Must have CPR/AED/First Aid certifications. Ability
to complete workout and motivate participants. This is a non-exempt, part-time
position. Must be available to work varied hours including days, evenings,
weekends, and holidays. If you have a desire to work for one of the finest
country clubs in the U.S. and you can demonstrate the right background, attitude,

Swim Team Coach
Now accepting applications for Swim Team Coach for the June through
August 2018 season. Leads all aspects of practice sessions for approximately
50 swimmers between the ages of 5-18 with varying abilities. Must have one (1)
year of swim coaching experience; WSI, First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
required. Lifeguard certification, preferred but not required.
Outside Operations: Bag Room/Driving Range & Golf Starters/Rangers Attendants
Full- and Part-Time positions available May 1 through October
- Individuals responsible for setting up carts
- Cleaning clubs and assisting members with loading and unloading golf clubs
- Provides members and their guests with information regarding the course, play
times, and other golf-related issues
- Maintains cleanliness and order of the bag room
Starters & Rangers:
- Operates the starter's booth/desk in the highest professional manner
- Assures the orderly flow of play in accordance with the posted tee times.
Rotates players as needed to ensure the flow of play
- Promotes the facility programs, events and image to the customers of the
facility at all times.
- Provides welcoming "first contact" with each customer or groups of
customers and ensures they have an enjoyable experience
- Frequently checks range balls to ensure an adequate supply on the range
- Collects range balls as needed, including nearby short game areas
- Cleans ball washer
- Wash range balls and removes old, cracked and worn balls
- Makes sure Pro Shop is re-filled with tokens regularly
Desire individuals with professional social etiquette manners, organized,
and with attention to detail. This is a non-exempt position. Must be available
to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
Special Considerations: Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid
driver's license or driver's permit and good physical condition, able to
regularly lift 50 lbs.
Food & Beverage – Kitchen
The Quechee Club is seeking a strong and passionate leader and culinarian with
proven track record of providing premier services. The Executive Chef is a
hands-on leader who is responsible for all food production, including that used
for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. He or she develops menus,
creates food purchase specifications and recipes; supervises production staff;
develops and monitors departmental food and labor budgets; and maintains the
highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. Qualifications include
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality Management;
- Eight (8) years of food production and management experience;
- American Culinary Federation certification; and
- Certified food safety.

The Quechee Club has multiple restaurants offering a variety of menus: farm-to-
table, Pub, Italian, and a variety of theme-based menus. The settings range from
al fresco to tavern casual to formal dining. In addition, The Club is a popular
site for special events, such as weddings and holiday parties.
We are currently interviewing for experienced full- and part-time Line Cooks!
You will prepare and produce menu items for the restaurants following
recipes and portion controls with proper plate presentation.

Seeking responsible, hard-working individuals to work in the Kitchen to maintain

condition. Scrapes and pre-rinses dishes then places in dishwasher machine.
Washes pots, pans and trays by hand or machine. Removes trash and garbage to
dumpster. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Food & Beverage – Dining

Part-time seasonal positions. Provides food and beverage to members and guests
at Davidson’s, Clubhouse Deck, Murphy’s Farm Tavern, and other dining areas
as requested. Seeking individuals with previous experience and current state

Banquet Set-Up Person
Sets up for events including room arrangement, decorations, setting tables,
and breakdown of room.
Seasonal Recreation Staff needed to fill a variety of positions in the Health
Club and Recreation departments. Individuals will rotate through a
variety of positions, including but not limited to Health Club Desk
Attendant, Après Ski, Youth Programs, etc. Must be available weekends
and holidays beginning mid-December through February vacation.
Must be a full-time student pursuing a degree in Recreation Management.
This is a 5-month internship (May 1-September 30). Purpose is to
provide practical experience to fulfill degree requirements. Topics include:
fiscal controls; budget development; personnel management; facility
planning; programming, assessment, development, implementation and
evaluation; public relations; administration procedures; and policy
and standards development. Community First Aid and CPR for the
Professional Rescuer required. Junior/Senior standing in a recreation
program. Housing provided.
Summer Golf Course Maintenance Workers
Stay fit while you work! If you love the outdoors and want to work in
a rewarding team environment, then this is the job for you. Full- and Part-
Time summer seasonal positions available for an early summer start in
the maintenance department of our 2 championship courses. Positions
run through Labor Day. Perfect for High School Junior and Senior
students, as well as college students looking for summer work. Hours
are generally 6 AM-2:30 PM, Some part-time flexible schedule positions
available as well.
Golf Course Maintenance Technicians
If you love the outdoors, don't mind getting up early and want to work
in a fun and rewarding team environment, then this is the job for you!
There are Full-Time Seasonal Golf Course & Groundskeeper positions
available for a spring start in the maintenance dept. of our 2 champion-
ship course. Positions are 40+ hours/week, April-November, with
hours generally 6 AM-2:30 PM during the week, along with a
rotating weekend morning schedule. Part-Time seasonal positions
available with flexible hours. Seeking individuals with strong
work ethic, previous landscape-type experience is preferred.
Seasonal Commonland Laborer
Full-time seasonal Laborer & Groundskeeper positions working in
the Commonland and landscaped areas of The Quechee Club
including work on trails and expansion projects. The positions are
available April-November, generally 40+ hours per week,
scheduled 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, some weekends and holidays
required. Must be 18 years old with valid driver's license.

Summer Seasonal Commonland Laborer
