The Quechee Club is located in the heart of Quechee, Vermont. The Club is home to two 18-hole championship golf courses, a ski hill, excellent recreational facilities and outstanding dining facilities. Membership Services Representative
We want you on our team! The Quechee Club, Vermont's Premier Four-Season Club, is recruiting for a Part-Time Membership Services Representative. If you are a people person working in the retail or the restaurant business and you are looking for a career change that provides opportunity, then put your personality and ambition to work with us. Responsibilities: Assists members/guests in all front office-related areas, ability to be proactive to understand the needs of members and guests, ability to access and input information into the POS system, be highly organized and focus on fine details. Experience handling cash, reservation systems, telephone/switchboard operations, MS Office Suite and Adobe preferred.
Food & Beverage – Kitchen
The Culinary Brigade is led by Executive Chef J. Russell Bradshaw, CEC. CCA. The Quechee Club is seeking competitive candidates for Line Cooks at all levels: Entry-Level (0-1 year), Mid-Level (1-3 years), and Advanced (3-5 years). Cooks are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and portioning food and final plate preparation. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station. Candidates must be 18 years of age and must have a willingness to learn.
Seeking responsible, hard-working individuals to work in the Kitchen to maintain work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition. Scrapes and pre-rinses dishes then places in dishwasher machine. Washes pots, pans and trays by hand or machine. Removes trash and garbage to dumpster. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Full- and Part-Time Seasonal Lifeguards needed for pools (indoor and outdoor) and Lake Pinneo. Enforces aquatic regulations, responds to emergency situations, participates in training. Must have First Aid, CPR/AED certifications, Lifeguard Certification, and a minimum of one year of experience. This is a non-exempt, seasonal position.
Food & Beverage – Dining
Part-time seasonal positions. Greets and seats members and their guests, manages guest reservation system, provides menu and specialty information. Previous experience preferred.
Servers (Lunch and Events)
Part-time seasonal positions. Provides food and beverage to members and guests at Davidson’s, Clubhouse Deck, Murphy’s Farm Tavern, and other dining areas as requested. Seeking individuals with previous experience and current state alcohol serving permit. Ideal candidates possess excellent people skills and team player.
Part-time seasonal position. Transports food from kitchen to dining room, performs pre-opening duties and buses tables. Ability to lift 60 lbs.
Part-Time seasonal positions. Minimum age 18. Completion of VT State required seminars and knowledge of Vermont and Federal liquor laws. Prepares and serves beverages to members and guests in adherence with Vermont and Club regulations. Responsible for cleaning, setting up, stocking bar, and accurately recording all sales including taxes.
Snack Bar Attendants
Part-time seasonal positions. Individuals will provide food and beverage to members and guests at Lake Pinneo, 10th Tee and Pool snack bars. Must be 18 years of age and have a current state alcohol serving permit.
Part-time seasonal position. Must be a minimum of 18 years old with current, valid driver’s license. Welcomes members and their guests, parks and retrieves vehicle, provides information about the surrounding area including travel, lodging and restaurants. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
Base Lodge Cashiers
Part-time Seasonal position. Cashiers performs pre-opening and/or closing tasks, handles all cash and credit transactions for purchases, greets and serves members and their guests, and maintains clean, organized and stocked work area. Must have excellent people skills, outgoing personality, team player and hard worker. Previous experience preferred.
Seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our Housekeeping staff. Full-and Part-time seasonal positions available. Individual will be responsible for ensuring the facilities and amenities are in a clean and presentable state that reflects the standards of The Club. Must have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, proper chemical handling, and good interpersonal and customer service skills. Prefer 2 years of housekeeping experience. Valid driver’s license required.
Golf Pro Shop
Bag Room Attendants (Outside Operations)
Full- and Part-Time positions available immediately through October. Individuals responsible for setting up carts, cleaning clubs, and assisting members with loading and unloading golf clubs. Provides members and their guests with information regarding the course, play times and other golf-related issues. Maintains cleanliness and order of the bag room. Prior golf course experience required. Desire individuals with professional social etiquette manners, organized, and with attention to detail. This is a non-exempt position.
