The Quechee Club is located in the heart of Quechee, Vermont. Fitness Class Instructor
Seeking a Fitness Class Instructor to work a couple days per week and be available to fill in during vacations. Must have CPR/AED/First Aid certifications. Ability to complete workout and motivate participants. This is a non-exempt, part-time position. Must be available to work varied hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Membership Services Representative
We want you on our team! The Quechee Club, Vermont's Premier Four-Season Club, is recruiting for a Part-Time Membership Services Representative. If you are a people person working in the retail or the restaurant business and you are looking for a career change that provides opportunity, then put your personality and ambition to work with us. Responsibilities: Assists members/guests in all front office-related areas, ability to be proactive to understand the needs of members and guests, ability to access and input information into the POS system, be highly organized and focus on fine details. Experience handling cash, reservation systems, telephone/switchboard operations, MS Office Suite and Adobe preferred.
Food & Beverage – Kitchen
Seeking a talented SOUS CHEF to join our kitchen management team. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience and practical experience managing people. The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic, and able to handle large volumes. Previous experience in a fine dining establishment is required. Must have hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse staff. We provide a fun team-oriented environment, where excellence and creativity is expected in all areas of food preparation and presentation.

The Culinary Brigade is led by Executive Chef J. Russell Bradshaw, CEC. CCA. The Quechee Club is seeking competitive candidates for Line Cooks at all levels: Entry-Level (0-1 year), Mid-Level (1-3 years), and Advanced (3-5 years). Cooks are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and portioning food and final plate preparation. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station. Candidates must be 18 years of age and must have a willingness to learn.
Seeking responsible, hard-working individuals to work in the Kitchen to maintain work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition. Scrapes and pre-rinses dishes then places in dishwasher machine. Washes pots, pans and trays by hand or machine. Removes trash and garbage to dumpster. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Food & Beverage – Dining
Servers (ala Carte and Banquet)
Part-time seasonal positions. Provides food and beverage to members and guests at Davidson’s, Clubhouse Deck, Murphy’s Farm Tavern, and other dining areas as requested. Seeking individuals with previous experience and current state alcohol serving permit. Ideal candidates possess excellent people skills and team player.
Base Lodge Cashiers
Part-time Seasonal position. Cashiers performs pre-opening and/or closing tasks, handles all cash and credit transactions for purchases, greets and serves members and their guests, and maintains clean, organized and stocked work area. Must have excellent people skills, outgoing personality, team player and hard worker. Previous experience preferred.
Prepares and serves beverages to members and guests according to established recipes and in adherence with State of Vermont and Club regulations. This is a part-time seasonal position.
Welcomes members, guests and visitors. Provides slips for keys and parks/retrieves vehicles. Must have valid driver's license.
Banquet Set-Up Person
Sets up for events including room arrangement, decorations, setting tables, and breakdown of room.
Seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our Housekeeping staff. Full-and Part-time seasonal positions available. Individual will be responsible for ensuring the facilities and amenities are in a clean and presentable state that reflects the standards of The Club. Must have knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, proper chemical handling, and good interpersonal and customer service skills. Prefer 2 years of housekeeping experience. Valid driver’s license required. Schedule: 2 PM-10 PM, weekends a must.
Ski Operations (Part-Time, Weekends)
Must be available to work weekends. Variety of positions available including Ticket Agent, Ski Lift Operator, etc.
Ski Patrol (Part-Time)
Monitor Ski Hill areas for injured and lost skiers and snowboarders, and for skiing hazards; provide first aid and other necessary assistance to skiers and snowboarders. Enforce safe skiing regulations. Some medical/first aid experience required.
