New Member Application

As a new property owner, please complete the following Member Census and Designation Form to begin your onboarding process.

The form collects important details about you ownership structure, whether as an individual, joint ownership or corporate entity. You'll also designate one Representative Member, who will serve as the Primary Member for your membership account. All other listed will be considered billing dependents under this primary record.

Each membership may include: One Representative Member, one Co-Member, and any unmarried children under the age of 23.

You may also add Family Guests, which include: Children over the age 23, Married children and their spouses, grandchildren, parents of the Representative Member or Co-Member.

Providing complete and accurate information ensures a smooth setup and helps us welcome you properly to the Quechee Club community.

Representative Member

Please designate the Representative Member for your Membership in the section below.

Co-Member

Please enter your spouse as Co-Member. If this Membership is a Joint Ownership (two or more unmarried individuals), please check the box next to Joint Ownership below and a Membership Services Representative will assist you in completing this form. If you are not adding a Spouse to your membership, please click the red X to close the panel before continuing.

Corporate Entities

If this Membership is any of the following Corporate Entities; LLC, Family Trust, For-Profit, please enter the name of the Entity below and then proceed to enter your spouse's information as the Co-Member. Membership Services will contact you for completion of an additional form required to formally designate the Representative for this Property.
