Membership
While Quechee Club Membership is typically reserved for property owners within Quechee Lakes, the Associate Membership Program is designed to welcome individuals and families who reside outside of the designated Quechee Lakes Landowners Association (QLLA) community area.
Associate Members enjoy the many benefits of Membership for up to a two-year timeframe, with the opportunity to explore home or lot ownership at any time. A limited number of Associate Memberships are available.

Program Details
The Associate Membership runs for 12 months following the initial sign-on date, with a 24-month (two-year) maximum timeframe. A non-equity Membership, dues are non-refundable and membership is non-transferrable.
